Frequently Asked Questions:
How do I order parts? Call us at 877-279-5333. There is no online ordering for parts as of now. Seats, forks, tires, fork extensions and chargers can be ordered online.
Are the parts you sell OEM?
Yes and no. Currently, 94% of the parts we sell are OEM sourced. However, many of the accessories we sell are not OEM, such as forks, seats, tires, covers, decals etc.
Also, for certain manufactures that are no longer in business, we source after market parts because OEM is no longer available.
When will my parts arrive? In most cases, the next day. We have 7 distribution warehouses that cover 90% of the country for next day delivery. In the event you are not in a next day area, your parts should arrive in 2 business days.
Can I pick up my parts? No. We do not offer customer pick up of parts. In order to sell OEM parts out of our Michigan territory we had to make certain agreements with the OEM's, one of which is that we can not sell "Same Day" for any reason.
Is there a warranty on the parts you sell?
Yes. Most parts and accessories we sell come with a 90 day warranty against defects. Other items, like rebuilt engines, transmissions and other parts, come with 1 year warranties against defects. Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, but this is a good general guideline.
If the parts are the same as my local dealer, why are they cheaper?
We get this question all the time. The answer is simple: Your dealer has an entire dealership to support. They likely have a staff of 50 or more people. They likely have several multimillion dollar facilities. The money to support all of that has to come from somewhere, and at most dealerships, the parts department is asked to carry the load.
We have a small staff of parts professionals. No sales staff. No service vans. As a result, we can afford to offer you sizable discounts on the exact same parts.
How "Heavy Duty" are the fork extensions?
As heavy duty as you can legally buy in the United States. We sold the yellow "Chinese" extensions for years, and they just don't last. Customers were constantly having issues with them bending, twisting and snapping. So, we designed our own extensions. They are built locally, with American steel and come with a one year warranty. We have sold hundreds of sets and have yet to have a problem.
Will my local dealer install your parts on my truck?
Yes and no. It depends greatly on who your local dealer is. Most of our customers repair their own forklifts or have in-house maintenance staff. However, we do have many customers who simply order the parts from us and pay their local dealer to install them. Not all dealers are willing to do this, as they rely heavily on profit from parts to maintain their dealership. If you're not sure, just ask them if they will. If they won't, consider trying another local dealer.
